There are some steps which you should take on to find answer on annoying questions:

1. Check answers in application help and FAQ (Frequently asked questions).
2. Check if answer on your questions is on forum. Sometimes answer of our users is faster than ours. Make questions on forum for general good.
3. Read information displayed on individual service sites.
4. Write to us in extreme situations. Every day we answer on many e-mails with cloned questions on which answer is already in our service. Try to use its resources before you make a question.

If problem concerns incorrect working of one of our products, prepare data about configuration of your computer: operation system, processor, value of memory, operation system version, Windows folder location. Circumstance of appearing an error will be helpful also.
