User's license agreement of MCS Studios Software

Introduction

Term of approaching to use the application by User is accepting conditions of license by installation the application:

WARNING! Before installation MCS Studios software is advisable to introduce with text below. It's almost binding agreement which grants license for using MCS Studios software. "Software" are computer applications made by MCS Studios, documentation and this "User's license agreement of MCS Studios Software".

Terms of license

1. The only owner of copyrights to application is MCS Studios, Lukas Kwiatkowski, called as Licenser.

2. MCS Backup 2008 application is licensed application, protected by polish law from 4.02.1994 about copyrights and neighboring rights.

3. This installation package can be used and publish in original executable form without limits, payments and Licenser's knowledge.

4. Licenser grants Licensee non-entirely for application.

5. In purpose to try software (trial version), license allows to install product on free account of computers. After starts limit (30 days) is expired, right to use MCS Studios software depleted. Using application after this period is allowed only after purchasing and obtaining by Licensee activation code. After obtaining activation code Licensee have rights to installation, activation and using copy of MCS Studios software in number results from payment. One computer is one product license.

6. Activation code received after buying application can be used only to personal targets of Licensee, it's publicity or giving third-person (not linked directly with application laws package) is prohibited.

7. Licensee can make translation, improvements, changing arrangement, adaptation and any changes in application - without permission of Licenser.

8. Renting or tenancy activated application by Licensee is prohibited.

9. Application has been made very carefully according to the best Licenser knowledge (authors of application) about building of computer software. Licenser makes any efforts to make universal and bugs-free applications. Licenser does not guarantee correct application running in all cases and every hardware configuration and Licensee's system software.

10. It is allowed to use trial version by defined trial period just like version of activated product  by home users, government, educational and commercial.

11. Licenser does not guarantee full correctness or compatibility with downloaded information reality by application from external servers and does not bear responsibility for their content.

12. Licensee takes a risk and full responsibility linked with using the application.
Licenser does not bear any responsibility for side effects of using application and it's running and damages made by application.

13. Icons used in application and received in folder "TangoIcons" in main application folder, are property of creators described on site: http://tango.freedesktop.org, published on Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.5/).

14. Approaching by Licensee to using application means acceptation license terms defined in this license.
